Appointment of Transparency Officer.

1. Designation of Transparency Officer under the Right to Information Act, 2005- ECGC Ltd.
2. In pursuance of the Central Information Commission’s directive dated November 15, 2010 issued to all Public Authorities under the powers vested in the Central Information Commission under Section 19 (8) (a) of The Right to Information Act, 2005, Shri Nirdosh Chopra, General Manager is designated as the Transparency Officer.
